Launch of the showroom

BASCS showroom officially opened with a launch party on Saturday 14th November. Many people came to help us celebrate the opening and enjoyed a glass of wine whilst browsing the showroom. Since opening we have gone from strength to strngth, and have recently been named ‘As Bathroom Retailer of the month’ by The major bathroom industry monthly magazine 'KBB Review'. Read more >>

Gary Major
Gary has over 20 years experience in the bathroom market having held senior positions with some of the market leading manufacturing companies such as, Heritage Bathrooms and Roman Showers Ltd, and in the five years previous to BASCS Ltd, as a Regional Director of a Bathroom Retail Chain.

"I believe that I have a broad overview of the bathroom market and that this has helped in choosing the right products and also forging partnerships with quality suppliers. Previous sales experience in both retail and manufacturing has helped us in driving us to ensure we regard customer satisfaction as our highest priority, this is about more than just competitive prices that is a given, exceptional design on time delivery and a quality shopping experience are what we strive to achieve! This is no less than our customers deserve".

Ian Agnew
Ian has over 20 years business experience working in senior positions in both Sales and Logistic for manufacturing companies such as Heritage Bathrooms and recently Waterbury Accessories, Ian has an in depth knowledge of the bathroom market and its product offerings which is second to none and comments:

"I am looking forward to the retail challenge and dealing directly with the end consumer. It is important that our customers are given a choice of quality product options backed up with excellent product knowledge and the correct advice with regard to installation as well as being given the time to make the right choices for themselves without feeling pressurised into making a purchase".

 

OUR VISION

Together our first aim is to establish BASCS Ltd as the premier bathroom retail in Swindon for Trade and Retail customers. We want to become the local shopping destination of choice for anyone buying bathroom related products, and secondly to attract a customer base from further away in the surrounding towns and villages such as Marlborough, Devizes, Chippenham, Cirencester, Farringdon, Lechlade and beyond.
