Miss Jo Logan is now Miss Wiltshire!

BASCS are very proud to have sponsored Jo Logan and are very pleased with her success in winning the title of 'Miss Wiltshire'.

Jo now goes on to the Miss England finals, where we are pleased to continue our support and hope she wins!

'Bathroom Retailer of the month' - KBB Review

I am very proud to announce that BASCS Ltd will be appearing in KBB Review - The leading Bathroom industry monthly magazine ‘As Bathroom Retailer of the month’ .

We had a mystery shopper in store a couple of weeks back, something they allegedly undertake on a daily basis across the UK. This was later followed by a phone call from the magazine asking for an interview after letting us know we were going to be retailer of the month.

The positive feedback was as follows:

A smart business unit with a very high quality showroom with ample parking right outside the front door.

A large showroom with a great feel – open yet inviting with lots of spaces a customer could relate to.

Our style was praised as one of listening to the customer and giving the best advice for that customer's needs.

It was also commented that we had great product knowledge.

After being awarded retailer of the month we will then be entered into the coveted retailer of the year!! Watch this space at the end of 2010!!!

High praise indeed and something we are very proud of!
